Do you work with clients outside the U.S.?
Yes. While the majority of my clients are U.S.-based, I work with clients internationally and adapt to whatever standards, units, and documentation conventions your project requires.
I don’t have a fully scoped project yet — can I still reach out?
Absolutely. Many projects start as a rough idea or a problem statement. Select “Not Sure Yet / Need Guidance” on the form and describe what you’re trying to solve — I’ll help you figure out the right scope.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing depends on project scope, complexity, and timeline. After our initial discussion, you’ll receive a clear, itemized proposal — never a vague hourly estimate with no ceiling.
Can you sign an NDA before discussing project details?
Yes. If your project involves proprietary or sensitive information, I’m happy to sign an NDA before any detailed discussion begins — just mention it in your message.
What file formats do you deliver in?
Deliverables are provided in the format your team can use directly — typically PDF for reports and calculations, native files (e.g. AutoCAD, Aspen) for simulations and drawings, and Excel for datasheets.
Do you offer ongoing or retainer-based engagements?
Yes. For clients with recurring engineering needs, I offer ongoing arrangements in addition to single-project work. Mention this in your inquiry and we can discuss what structure fits best.
